Given the fact that public policies are an essential instrument for taking into account the commitments made for the achievement of the objectives adopted in Quito in 2016, and which aims at greater global mobilization for sustainable urban development based on sustainable development principles of city inclusivity, sustainability and resilience, the goals of all strategies from now on, will have to fit perfectly within this objectives of implementing these principles. Morocco, like many countries, is experiencing a glaring imbalance between urban spaces (metropolises, small and large cities, emerging centers) and its rural areas, which are still in search of a development model outside of agriculture. On this, dealing with urban issues is a national priority par excellence, in perfect harmony with international good practices and recommendations. thus, it is timely to define the specificities of good governance ensuring the integration of development actors, especially in cities such as Casablanca, ensuring the development of innovative and coherent strategies.
